FINISHING SERIES 1 - Workouts and Video Examples
The Finishing Series 1 Workout focuses on some fundamental shots that players need to be able to score in the lane. These are skills that can not be taken for granted, and skills that need constant repetition in order to master them.
Please note: these workouts should ALWAYS be preceded by doing one of the Shot Reboot Workouts. It is imperative that the fundamentals of shooting are worked on every workout. Nothing is ever really gained if the fundamentals are not high level.

WORKOUT 1
*Feel free to substitute makes with shots taken
1) Shot Reboot Workout 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5
2) Mikan Drill - 10 one foot finishes, 10 two foot finishes, 10 reverse finishes (30 total makes)
3) Mikan Drill Up and Under - 10 makes each side (20 total makes)
4) Daily Dozen (12 total makes)
5) X Out Drill - 10 one foot finishes, 10 two foot finishes, 10 euro steps (30 total makes)

2) Mikan Drill - 10 one foot finishes, 10 two foot finishes, 10 reverse finishes (30 total makes)
3) Mikan Drill Up and Under - 10 makes each side (20 total makes)
4) 3 Cone inside out - 10 going each direction (20 total makes)
5) 3 Cone crossover - 10 going each direction (20 total makes)
6) 3 Cone through the legs - 10 going each direction (20 total makes)
