STATIONARY BALL HANDLING
The Ball Handling 1 Series focuses on some fundamental ball handling drills. These are all drills to start to get you more comfortable with the ball in your hands.
Please note: these workouts should ALWAYS be completed in conjunction with one of the Shot Reboot Workouts. It is imperative that the fundamentals of shooting and ball handling are worked on every workout. Nothing is ever really gained if the fundamentals are not high level.
